Wake up! with Qigong Fitness

Mondays or Tuesdays mornings

from 8:00am to 9:00am

New classes starting on May 21st, 2019!  


Come join us for a daily jolt of Energy!  Using Qigong, a slow-flow movement practice from Chin, you will learn how to ground, build and balance your energy levels.  After about 35 minutes of structured movement, you will have an opportunity to use your own free-form movement (yoga, dance and/or creative expression) to honour your personal Qigong needs, all done to music for a great start to your day. All fitness levels are welcome. Chairs are provided for those that need them. 


Please register for whichever day of the week works best for your schedule - pre-registration is strongly recommended so that I can plan for your arrival and avoid cancellations.
