Chair Qigong for Adults (50+) 

Tuesday afternoons 12:30pm-1:30pm

This is an introductory class showing how Qigong (pronounced Chi Kung), a Chinese healing exercise practice can enhance your life while sitting comfortably on a chair. You will learn many simple, healing movements with a focus on the health issues we all deal with as we age. This class series is for adults looking to find greater vitality and mobility in daily life.  


This healing practice is perfect for you if:

  • You want to increase your energy level and overall vitality

  • You want to take control of your own healing journey while learning how to lower your stress and anxiety levels.

  • You would love to learn some simple movements that you can do on your own to support your health and well being.
