QIGONG CLASSES (ONLINE) VIA JUST YOGA
Sunday morning from 10:45-11:45am (Monthly only)
Each week, you will take a spiritual healing journey through the body using movement, breath and intention. You will receive the gift of your presence and be invite to be gentle, gracious and loving to your essential being. All levels are welcome!
Qigong is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine done as a standing movement practice. The focus is on healing all levels of the body...physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This system works from the principle that you are beautiful and loving soul at your core, you just need a little assistance to work through the layers of acquired pain and discomfort that either are within you and/or surround you. That way your Qi (chee) or Life-Force Energy can flow in the best, most healing way.
I am currently co-teaching this course with Jacob Larmour, MMQ. He is a great teacher (and a good friend) with a slightly different take with this energy practice, which will give you more options for your Qigong exercises.
