ONLINE QIGONG WORKSHOP
CELEBRATION OF QI
on World Tai Chi and Qigong Day

Every year on the last Saturday of April, the world community of practitioners and aficionados of the movement practices of Tai Chi and Qigong come together in a celebration of Qi (life-force energy).
Come join me this year in the celebration of our Qi! During these workshop, I will support you in a series of slow-flowing Qigong movements using rhythmic breath and a calm meditative state of mind to engage your Qi and wake up the healing potential for your body. Qigong is a powerful, healing movement series of exercises, which has been practice by millions of Chinese for centuries. It has been proven to benefit health on my many levels including reducing pain, preventing injuries, lowering blood pressure, keeping joints and movements fluid, emotional balance and much more.

How to use breath to engage your life-force energy and enliven your healing potential
How to use the power of intention to shift your negative, toxic energy into a more positive, re-affirming energy.
