Online Qigong Class

Tuesdays from 10-11am Pacific time

Come join me for a weekly online Qigong drop-in class on Zoom every Tuesday morning from 10-11am PDT  - only $12 a class!  (Video link included)

Outdoor Qigong Class

Wednesdays from 10-11am Pacific time ongoing until Sept. 11th, 2024

Come join me for a weekly in-person Qigong drop-in class in the fresh air in Douglas Park every Wednesday morning from 10-11am PDT - $20 a class!  Ongoing classes until September 11th (weather-permitting)

Medical Qigong at the False Creek Community Centre

Wednesdays from 10:45am-12pm starting on Oct. 9th.

Join me for a new class series of Medical Qigong and meditation on Granville Island.  We will stretch and move to open a more vital flow of Qi. Registration opens on Aug. 24th, 2024.  All levels of fitness are welcome!
