Neck, Shoulders and Spine Tension Release Workshop

Are you holding lots of tension in your body due to stress? 

Do you feel stuck and limited in your body and life?

Would you like to learn some simple steps on how to  

lower your pain and discomfort? 

During this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to use breath work, acupressure, stretching, Qigong and meditation to maximize your energy flow thereby decreasing your stuck and painful Qi.

This workshop is open to all fitness levels. I will offer many options on how to perform these activities and exercises.  

What you can expect during this workshop:

  • Maximizing the breath to move through tension and increase relaxation of the muscles, tendons and nerves.

  • Learning a series of acupressure points to stimulate which work directly into where the pain is located.

  • Trying many Qigong exercises and stretches that can give you a new connection with your body to help you over and over again.

  • Experiencing a meditation to calm the mind and lower tension

  • Receiving a brief introduction into the body's meridians and how to support energy flowing through them.

Qigong (sometimes spelt Chi Kung) is a powerful type of healing exercise, which has been practised for centuries by millions of Chinese and now worldwide. It has been proven to benefit health on many different levels including reducing pain, preventing injury, lowering blood pressure, keeping joints and movements fluid, emotional balance, and so much more.
