Outdoor Qigong - Special Earth Day Celebration

Monday, Apr. 22nd from 11am-12pm PDT (NEW TIME) 

(Weather permitting)

Join me for a wonderful celebration of the Earth by being outside and working with the ground below us, the plants around us and the space above us, bring them all into a balanced connection of which we are a part of as beings on this beautiful planet.   

​

In this hour-long celebration, we will create a space to do our practice taking advantage of the fresh air and social connection of being in one circle. 

​

What to expect:

★ 60 minutes of spiritually-focused, healing movement practice with a touch of laughter for good measure.

★ All questions answered afterwards to aid in understanding.
